    Only so we can tell you what happened to it. Not published, not a newsletter.

    What happens next. A person reviews it. If it's a meme people will use and you had the right to send it, it goes in the library with the source credited.

    What gets turned down. Anything already in the library, anything adult, and anything that is plainly someone else's work posted without permission.

    You don't need to write a description. We write those ourselves, from the file.
