Hit It to the Beat Roach Dancing Meme Template

A cartoon cockroach in a backwards black cap stands upright and bounces, knees bending, little arms tucked, to a voice chanting "Hit it to the beat" on a loop.

Partway through, an advert banner settles overhead for the rest.

Fits gross things that won't go away and seem pleased about it.
