I Identify as a Fat Pig Meme Template

Beige hoodie on, a guy talks to his phone while clutching a bakery bag printed with a croissant. The burned-in captions follow his speech: "tonight I identify as a fat pig", "my pronouns are diabetes and my diet is cavities", and finally "I have here in my hands obesity", as he lifts the bag.

Comes out before a cheat meal, a late-night drive-through run or a whole tray of pastries.
