Ice Bucket Pool Throw Meme Template

This viral format puts a chaotic, high-stakes spin on the classic ALS Ice Bucket Challenge craze. In the video, a muscular man with long dark hair takes a freezing bucket of water directly to the head. Instead of just taking the hit, he instantly decides that if he's suffering, everyone else is too. He rounds up the two friends who dumped the water and aggressively launches them head-first into a nearby swimming pool.

The video found a second life online through a stylized edit that overlays the iconic, eerie "Sanctuary Guardian" track from EarthBound right at the end. The sudden music cut transforms his intense post-throw swagger into a hilarious, unhinged shitpost template. It is widely used across platforms like TikTok and Instagram to represent absolute dominance, drag others down with you, or completely upend a situation when things don't go your way.

Unmatched dominance, dragging others into your problems, mutual destruction, sudden physical escalations, and sheer chaotic power.

• The Ice Bath: The muscular man kneels as his friends dump a large bucket of freezing water directly over his head.
• The Retaliation: He immediately springs to his feet, grabs the first friend, and shoves him into the pool before hoisting the second guy into the air and tossing him in like a ragdoll.
• The Guard Stance: The video cuts into a stylized overlay as he faces the camera, raising his hands in a wide, tense stance while the surreal music kicks in.

The video displays a short, action-packed clip filmed outdoors on a sunny day next to a swimming pool. A muscular man with long black hair, wearing a black tank top and dark pants, is kneeling between two buckets. Two young men stand on either side of him, with one wearing a green "Just Do It" shirt and the other in a striped polo shirt. They lift a bucket together and dump the water over his head. The man immediately stands up, chases down the first friend, and pushes him into the pool. He then turns around, grabs the second friend, lifts him over his head, and throws him forcefully into the water. The clip ends with an edit that overlays an ominous pattern of eyes onto the screen as he stands by the pool with his arms outstretched, accompanied by a surreal, high-pitched electronic melody.
