Special Teams, Special Plays, Special Players Meme Template

A teenager in glasses, a white gaming headset and a Houston Texans number 7 jersey flails his arms like wings, ducks toward the desk, and chants "special teams, special plays, special players" in a rush, after a line about taking on the Chicago Bears.

Probably a webcam rant from an NFL fan, and the wild arm flaps are what people clip. Handy for overhyping a routine play or for any team with more enthusiasm than talent.
