Sudden Dance Scare Meme Template

This incredibly popular Brazilian/Portuguese template captured the internet's heart through a perfect mix of wholesome family dynamics and sudden, loud, chaotic energy. In the video, a son walks into the room behind his father, who is quietly sitting at his computer. The son repeatedly calls out "O pai!" (Father!), to which the dad calmly replies "Oi" (Yes/Hi) each time.

On the final call, instead of asking a normal question, the son suddenly bursts into a highly aggressive, robotic dance stance, wildly swinging his arms. When the dad finally turns around to look, he is greeted by this high-energy threat, causing his face to warp into an iconic, comically distorted expression of pure shock and terror. Paired with a loud, bass-boosted electronic beat-drop, this template became the go-to format for sudden, unexpected chaos breaking a peaceful moment.

Sudden jump scares, parent-child trolling, comically exaggerated terror, high-energy outbursts, and instant vibe shifts.

• The Call-and-Response: The son approaches his father from behind, calling "O pai!" several times to bait him into answering "Oi" while the dad stays relaxed.
• The Aggressive Outburst: On the third or fourth call, the son instantly winds up his arms, breaking into a frantic, high-intensity dance move.
• The Shocked Face: The dad turns his head, and his face instantly distorts into a wide-mouthed, wide-eyed look of utter horror as the loud, bass-heavy track explodes.

The video displays a short, humorous clip set inside a home office or bedroom. A middle-aged man with glasses and a white polo shirt sits in an office chair facing away from the camera, deep in thought. A younger man in a black v-neck t-shirt and blue jeans walks up behind him, repeatedly calling out "O pai!" to which the father calmly responds "Oi." Suddenly, the younger man winds up his arms and launches into a rapid, aggressive dance movement. As the father turns around to see the commotion, the video transitions into a loud, bass-boosted electronic track, and the father's face is comically stretched and distorted into a frozen expression of absolute, wide-eyed terror.
