“This Is My First Video on Instagram” Brendon Urie Meme Template

Brendon Urie, shirtless, his quiff up, films a close-up selfie and announces that this is his debut Instagram video. He keeps talking with a lot of squints, a wide grin, then a scrunched, smug pout.

The whole charm is his awkward delivery. It gets used to mark someone's first post, or a terrible debut at anything.
