Tom Lizard Painting Meme Template

Someone in a green Tom the lizard mascot suit, with big googly eyes and a cheerful grin, rolls a paint roller on a long pole across empty air, as if painting an invisible wall, then waves and drops the roller.

The opening frames are small and blurry before he fills the shot.

Put something behind him and he's the one decorating it.
